Mini chocolate granola butter pies (vegan, no bake & gluten free)

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 5 tbsp original granola butter
- 2 tsp cinamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until fully combined, either by hand or in a food processor. it will be crumbly but should easily press together, so add a splash of water if it’s too dry ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Divide the mix, press into moulds (i just lined a muffin tray with cling film!) and put in the fridge to harden up a little⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- For the ganache - 1 full can of coconut cream / 300g finely chopped dark chocolate OR chocolate chips ( @ombarchocolate buttons)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Heat your coconut cream in a pan over a medium heat until lightly simmering. remove from the heat & gently stir through your chocolate until you have a smooth ganache. pour the ganache into the crusts and put in the fridge until set. Sprinkle with more coconut & enjoy ♥️
